After 15 years as an Executive Assistant to Directors in national companies, our founder, Erika Coetzee, stepped away from formal employment in 2012 to support business owners with their administration and operations.
In 2018, she launched The Office Cog—a business built on the values of integrity, efficiency, excellence, and genuine care for our clients. We offer high-quality administration and concierge support, helping entrepreneurs and professionals run leaner, smarter, and with less stress.
In 2024, we expanded our impact with the launch of The HeartWorks Factory, a creative expression of joy and encouragement in the workplace. Through our surprise Joy Drops, we partner with organizations to bring energy, fun, and meaningful connection to their teams.
